Raised in a small town in NW Oregon, Tiffany has been running on dirt (or mud, rather) for a majority of her life. She came to California to compete for UC Davis and obtain a degree in Food Science and a minor in Nutrition. She kept running while earning her culinary degree at the Culinary Institute of America.
Following college, Tiffany worked at PowerBar designing gels and beverages for endurance athletes and it was there she became hooked on Performance Nutrition. She continued her nutrition and health education by obtaining certifications in Integrative Health Coaching, Precision Nutrition, and Functional Nutrition.
Tiffany’s philosophy on nutrition is simple: delicious, healthy(ish!), and designed for you. She believes that eating for fuel can also be fun. She is a wife, adventurer, chef, nutrition coach, cocktail and wine enthusiast and lover of ALL foods, but especially tacos. When Tiffany isn’t coaching nutrition, you can find her on the trails in the Truckee/Tahoe area or crafting a mean taco.
