Essential Race Training
The Essential Race Training plan ($199 / 4 weeks) is a level of training that is good for the runner who needs a great plan but is self-motivated, needs only occasional adjustments and minimal check-in’s with the coach. The goal is to get the athlete to their “A” race in top shape. The plan is individually tailored to the runner’s ability and lifestyle and is designed to provide the opportunity to achieve his or her full potential while minimizing the chances of injury.
The benefits of this plan include unlimited contact via email or text (typically 1-2 per week), weekly analysis of the training by Sunday evening, pre- and post-race interaction, monthly adjustments to the training plan, discounts to running and snowshoe clinics held in Truckee, CA, and pre-season planning and goal development.
Specialized Race Training
The Specialized Race Training plan ($299 / 4 weeks) is my most popular coaching plan for ultra runners seeking to elevate their trail running performance in all respects. Runners in this program have specific race goals (a new longest distance, personal best, overcome nutritional challenges, etc). The additional communication and monthly one-on-one time creates the best opportunity for training and race-day success. Personal time with your coach and mentor will be a huge contributing factor in elevating your performance to a new level.
This plan includes everything within the Essential Race Training Plan, plus one monthly in-person coaching session (in person in Truckee / North Tahoe region), detailed strength and base training, as well as additional guidance, support, and feedback. Your training plan is adaptable and can be adjusted weekly based on needs and feedback. Also included: weekly analysis of your training, cross training, injury prevention consultation, and form analysis.
Premium Race Training
The Premium Race Training plan ($399 / 4 weeks) is for runners who are ALL IN. These athletes must be able to absolutely prioritize training in order to be successful with this program. This plan requires the biggest level of commitment, accountability and responsiveness by both athlete and coach. A minimum of six months commitment is required. Runners in the Premium Race Training plan will have daily communication and adjustments to the training plan as needed. Remote race-day support via phone or text message will be provided to crew as needed (based on availability). This plan also includes two private training sessions per month (in person in Truckee / North Tahoe region).
