He developed a tailored training plan that balanced an inconsistent travel schedule for work combined with Navy Reserve Duty one weekend a month with a rigorous yet flexible plan. With his help I took almost 45 minutes off my previous finishing time at Lake Sonoma 50 Mile and three weeks later placed second (behind him) and four minutes under the previous course record at the Canyons 50k.
As a coach, training partner and, most importantly, a friend Peter pushed me to levels of fitness I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to achieve and has me at the starting line in Squaw feeling healthy, strong, confident and in the best shape of my life.
